We have just had the most amazing time here at el tope hotel, excellent service from the staff who make you feel welcome and look after you well in the dining area and pool bar also in the evening which has entertainment every evening. Thankyou to all the staff. Rooms are cleaned daily and the hotel is extremely clean, a slight hill down to the beach but is manageable, I also had my birthday here and was greeted with a birthday card and drink at my room which was very appreciated as I had not told anyone about it, definitely be back again next and looking forward from the green family.

Really lovely hotel and staff were great. Rooms cleaned everyday to a high standard. We were bed and breakfast only with a huge selection for breakfast we did also eat there on an evening for a bit extra and it was lovely. Variety for everyone. I would only say, that Puerto de la Cruz is very hilly and be prepared for a climb on the way back from town! Didn't impact us but for some it could.

Staff here are really friendly. The food is outstanding and a great deal of choice. I am loving the local beer (Dorada). I would highly recommend the place for a nice chilled holiday. It is on a hill which is fine for walking into the town. I have walked back up once and sweated like a fatty in a cake shop with £20.00 in their pocket! A taxi from the bottom is only €4.00. The bar has some great choices and is cheap. I am all inclusive. The range of choice on the all inclusive is really good. The room is large and has Aircon. The breakfast is top notch. You can eat a British style or a continental style. It is buffet style so you can go up as many times as you like (or how much your shorts will allow). ###Photos of the food in the day### the breakfast and evening meal is double the variety!
