I booked this hotel for my parents for a 4-day weekend trip in the beginning of February. I was worried about the weather at this time but it was perfect and they loved the hotel. The service is amazing! As I wanted to ensure the best stay for them I also called the hotel and asked for Champagne and room decorations. As I do not have a credit card they nonetheless put the champagne in the room for free and decorated it with rose petals and chocolates. The spa and pool area is amazing and my parents said they never had this good of a breakfast buffet! So glad I went with this one. The only thing they criticized was the fact that the spa closes at 8 PM already. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Excellent luxury hotel with a beautiful garden, facilities and interior. The reception staff were very welcoming and attentative. We regrettably only stayed for one night, but we loved it soo much we are coming back in October to stay for longer. We made the mistake of staying at another 5 star hotel (iberostar) in the south of the island, don't make our mistake come to the Hotel Botanico instead! If you're staying in Tenerife and you want a relaxed luxurious atmosphere there is no better place to be.

We stayed as part of a TUI holiday and without doubt this is a true 5 star hotel. Beautiful grounds, serene elegance of the building, attentive staff and thoughtful management. We stayed in an Ambassador Junior suite (415) and it was wonderful. If we ever come to Tenerife then this would be our address. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay. Simply one of the best hotel experience so far. The place itself is so relaxing and nice to see. Two pool area, SPA, different restaurants and golf pitch. You literally have everything that you need. Rooms are wide, i had one with the view on the SPA and a nice balcony. Extra point for the service and the kindness of the staff: they made me feel at home. Highly recommended.
